Welcome! These practices were consciously created to support you in regulating your nervous system and making lasting healing practical + accessible.
Please listen in a comfortable, distraction free space. A bluetooth speaker or the speaker on your phone will work, but headphones are ideal.
These recordings range from 6-22 minutes, and are infused with reiki. Reiki is an incredibly powerful form of healing energy that activates your body's ability to regenerate + repair. It's normal to feel sensation and emotion move at times during the energy transmission, and sometimes you drift into a sleep-like state as your body heals. It's all normal. Throughout these recordings, I guide you through different somatic techniques, and then trail off into silence to allow the reiki energy to work with the energy in your body. Reiki will travel exactly where it needs to go.
Your job is to stay as present as you can with the guidance, and stay open to whatever wants to arise moment by moment all the way to the end.
