They are also an incredible tool to deepen your existing somatic work, and support you in learning new techniques to strengthen a daily or weekly practice.

The most important thing is to have an open mind, and patience. Nervous system healing happens slowly, and over time - most definitely not something you can rush. Somatic work does not shift things over night, but with time and consistency, it will gently begin to change your life and the state of your nervous system. Play the long game, consistently revisit these, and watch your life change.
