Inner Alchemy Breathwork offers wellness, breathwork, somatic, and educational support. The website, inquiry form, sessions, and Rapid Reset digital content are not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency support.

Breathwork and somatic practices may not be appropriate for everyone. Certain conditions, including pregnancy, seizure history, stroke, aneurysm, glaucoma, detached retina, heart conditions, hypertension, high-stage osteoporosis, severe asthma, recent surgery or injury, active addiction, and certain mental health conditions may require caution or medical guidance before participating.

You are responsible for listening to your body, pausing when needed, and seeking medical, mental health, or emergency care from qualified professionals when appropriate.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Inner Alchemy services will be offered.

Lindsay may decline, delay, or refer out inquiries when the work does not appear to be an appropriate fit, when additional support is recommended, or when scheduling capacity is limited.

Rapid Reset is a paid digital library of guided audio practices and related written content. Access is connected to the account and email used during purchase.

You may use Rapid Reset for your personal, individual wellness practice. You may not share your login, redistribute recordings, copy the content into another product, sell access, or use the materials for commercial group facilitation without written permission.

Inner Alchemy may update, improve, replace, or remove digital content over time as the library evolves.

Rapid Reset purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time.

Because Rapid Reset is a digital product with immediate access after purchase, sales are final once access is delivered. Inner Alchemy may review duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or technical access issues on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.

The website design, written content, audio practices, imagery, brand materials, and Rapid Reset content belong to Inner Alchemy Breathwork or its licensors.

Inner Alchemy aims to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed wellness support, but no specific outcome, healing result, health change, emotional result, or business result is promised.

Your experience may vary based on your body, context, consistency, support system, and other factors outside Inner Alchemy's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Alchemy Breathwork is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to use of the website, services, or digital content.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
