About the event
A ceremonial experience to get clear on what is stale and consciously connect into what you’d like to embody moving forward. We’ll work with the body and your inner guidance using precise somatic techniques, journaling and discussion. Over 3 hours, we will explore:
• ceremonial cacao + heart opening movement
• discussion + reflection on what is distracting you so you can make space for evolution
• full therapeutic breathwork + somatic healing journey to mobilize stagnant energy in your system, process unresolved emotion, awaken clarity + inspiration and recieve energy transmission
Lindsay is an advanced trauma-informed practitioner that specializes in therapeutic breathwork, energy work, embodiment coaching and a plethora of somatic practices that support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional processing, spiritual evolution and more.
